30-Day Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrival, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for returns and exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.If you find a defect in the product you purchased upon arrival, you may likewise request a return or exchange.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to secure the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
