After the order has been paid for, we will arrange for shipment within 48 hours (business days) if the item is in stock.

Shipping based on normal carrier restrictions and delays. We cannot guarantee arrival.  Delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Free shipping may not be available for some PRO group customers. 

Overnight and 2-Day Orders must be placed by 1:00pm EST (10:00am PST) Monday - Friday to be processed and shipped the same day.Orders must be placed by 6:00pm EST (3:00pm PST) Monday - Friday to be processed and shipped the next day. Overnight, 2-Day & 3-Day Order delivery are not eligible for P.O. boxes. Please note that we do not ship overnight, on weekends, or Holidays. Overnight orders placed on Friday prior to 1:00pm EST (10:00am PST) will be delivered on Monday. Overnight orders placed on either Friday after 1:00pm EST (10:00am PST), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays. 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES: 

Currently, our shipping address is limited to the United States, so we are unable to ship to other countries at this time. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. Order processing typically takes 1-2 days, and shipping time is generally 3-7 days. Therefore, it may take approximately 4-9 days from the time you place your order to receive your goods.

No weekend delivery. Orders under $60 will be charged $10.99 for shipping.
*Saturday and Sunday orders ship on Mondays 

 

WHEN? 

We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. 

Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses ship via Priority Mail. All other deliveries ship via FEDEX. 

Legal title to purchased product transfers to the buyer at point of shipment. Delivery time may be extended if there are special circumstances.

 
About Custom Duties:

As we want to be as transparent as possible, goods that are purchased from overseas are subjected to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice in some countries and they are collected by your local government customs authorities. All our product prices include customs duties so you do not need to pay an extra sum after placing an order with us.
